What does it cost the firm?

Nothing. The firm workspace is free. Your clients pay for their own Fisqel plan.

Can we change our clients' records?

No. Firm access is read-only by design. You record VAT and Corporate Tax filings and send questions; the client keeps control of their books.

How do we connect to a client?

The client invites you from Settings → Accounting firm, or you request access with their email and they approve it.

Can our staff have their own logins?

Yes. Invite staff to the firm, and assign clients to them. Partners see everything.
