Security
Your books are private. We built it that way.
Financial records are among the most sensitive things a business has. Here's how Fisqel protects them — in plain words, without claims we can't back up.
Security
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every connection to Fisqel uses HTTPS. Data is stored in an encrypted managed database.
Each business sealed off
Row-level security in the database keeps every business's records separate, so one account can never read another's.
Private documents
Receipts, bills and invoices are stored privately and opened only through short-lived, signed links.
Roles and permissions
Owners control billing and users. Team members work day to day. Accountants get read-only access.
An audit trail
Changes are logged with who made them and when. Corrections are posted as new entries, not silent edits.
Filed periods locked
After a VAT return is recorded as filed, that period's sales can't be changed without the owner reopening it.
Payments by Stripe
Card details go straight to Stripe. Fisqel never sees or stores your card number.
Passwords and sign-in
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and new accounts confirm their email address before they start.
Support access is logged
If our team ever needs to look at your account to help you, that access is recorded.
About WhatsApp
About WhatsApp
Fisqel uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Only numbers you've added to your team can send records to your books; messages from anyone else are refused.
Your data stays yours
Export your reports and ledger to Excel whenever you like. If you leave, you can ask us to delete your account and data.
Found a security issue? Email privacy@fisqel.com and we'll respond quickly.
