We collect only the information needed to provide Fisqel’s accounting service to you and your business.

We do not collect payment card numbers, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We use your information to:

• Create invoices, record expenses, categorise transactions, and maintain your business’s financial records;
• Read and process the documents, images and voice notes you send in order to perform the accounting actions you ask for;
• Prepare UAE VAT-ready records and reports;
• Send you invoices, confirmations, reminders and responses through WhatsApp and the dashboard;
• Operate, secure, maintain and improve the Fisqel service;
• Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your financial data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• Meta / WhatsApp: to send and receive your messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Service providers: trusted infrastructure and processing providers who help us operate Fisqel (for example, cloud hosting and secure file storage, and AI processing used to interpret your requests). These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal & compliance: where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We never sell your personal or financial data to third parties.

Our website uses Google tags (Google Ads and Google Analytics) to measure how our advertising performs and how visitors find Fisqel. These tags set cookies only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, no advertising or analytics cookies are set, and the website works the same way.

Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The Fisqel app and our WhatsApp service do not use advertising cookies.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure using encryption in transit and at rest. Documents and receipt images are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Depending on our providers, data may be processed in data centres located outside the UAE; where that happens, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

We retain your business and financial records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Because Fisqel produces tax and accounting records, certain records may be retained for the periods required by applicable UAE tax and commercial law. When data is no longer needed, or when you request deletion, we delete or anonymise it as described below.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and private storage of documents. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Fisqel is a business tool intended for use by businesses and adults. It is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Fisqel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
