You can request deletion of your Fisqel data — including data processed through WhatsApp — at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.
01How to request deletion
Email us
Send a deletion request from the email or WhatsApp number associated with your account to privacy@fisqel.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. This helps us verify the request is really you.
Or ask from within Fisqel
Message “delete my data” to Fisqel on WhatsApp, or contact us from your account settings. We will confirm your identity before proceeding.
We verify and delete
Once verified, we delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
02What gets deleted
On a verified request, we delete the personal data we hold about you, including your WhatsApp identifiers and message content, your financial records, uploaded documents and receipt images, and account details.
03Deletion via WhatsApp / Meta
Fisqel operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform. If you interacted with Fisqel through WhatsApp and submit a deletion request through Meta’s systems, our data-deletion process handles it and confirms completion. For any question about this process, contact privacy@fisqel.com.
