Terms of Service

Fisqel helps businesses manage their accounting — including invoicing, expense tracking, VAT-ready records, and financial reporting — through WhatsApp and a web dashboard. Fisqel operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Fisqel is a software tool that assists with bookkeeping and record-keeping; it does not replace professional accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account, and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

• Provide accurate business, tax, and financial information;
• Use Fisqel only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws;
• Ensure you have the right to send any documents, images, or third-party information you provide to Fisqel;
• Review the records, invoices, and VAT figures Fisqel produces before relying on or submitting them.

Fisqel is offered on a subscription basis at AED 150 per month for the standard plan, or on custom terms agreed for tailored implementations. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Fisqel relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform and other third-party infrastructure. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of these third-party platforms.

Your business and financial records belong to you. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request export or deletion of your data as described there and on our Data Deletion page.

You agree not to misuse Fisqel, including by: using it for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity; attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data; interfering with or disrupting the service; or using it to send spam or unlawful content over WhatsApp.

Fisqel, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Lexoro Solutions FZC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Your own data and documents remain yours.

We aim to keep Fisqel available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Fisqel is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexoro Solutions FZC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on records or figures produced by the service without your own verification. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Fisqel and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the applicable regulations of the Ajman Free Zone, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the competent courts or authorities of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
