What counts as a WhatsApp document?
A receipt, bill or expense you send to Fisqel on WhatsApp. Invoices, quotations, questions and everything you do in the dashboard are never counted.

What owners ask first.
Why do you ask for a card for the free trial?
So your books keep working the day the trial ends, without interruption. Nothing is charged for 14 days, and you can cancel from Settings → Billing before then.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the billing period.
What if I go over my WhatsApp documents?
Nothing stops working. Each extra document is AED 1, added to your next invoice.
Is my accountant's login really free?
Yes, on every plan. It is read-only and does not count towards your dashboard users.
How do I pay?
By card, billed monthly in AED through Stripe. Receipts are available in Settings → Billing.
